When your in college you always hear "These are the best years of your life". I don't think they're necessarily the best, but they were definitely up there. One of the greatest things I ever did was join Sigma Mu Sigma. Not only did I have a good time but I made lifelong friends. We're kind of a throwback fraternity. Our fraternity emphasizes the brotherhood part of being in a fraternity, not just the parties. Don't get me wrong, we do party, but that's not all. We also place a lot of emphasis on the fact that your in the fraternity for life, not just four years. Some of my favorite brothers are people I didn't go to school with. We're also relatively young. Our chapter was founded at Willam & Mary in 1990. We also have a bunch of friends who aren't in the fraternity, but that doesn't make them any less important.
